Windows cannot load profile when logging on.

I am using Windows XP Home Edition with SP2. When I log onto Windows, my
profile cannot be loaded. Windows does load a default profile, but none of
my settings are applied, I can't get to locally my locally stored e-mail,
etc... Also, Internet Explorer 7 does not work (Firefox 2 does work). I
would appreciate any suggestions on how to repair my profile and also IE7.

I have the same problem too. If anyone has a solution it would be very nice
to share it.
