We have windows XP+sp2 installed on machines. System gets locked
automatically while working. And system takes long time to unlock if it gets
locked automatically .

How does the system "lock"? Is this due to a setting like "lock my
system after NN minutes of non-use" or is this just a random lock-up
that happens in the middle of doing something? Also, "long time" is a
subjective phrase. Could you define it in terms of hours/minutes/seconds?
