| i am looking at a new computer from tigerdirect, and i just noticed that it
comes with some sort of Windows Vista Trial os, is this true?? and what does
it take cost wise for me to get the full version? Its a home version thats
already installed on it.

Microsoft offers the same (trial version of vista),download or order the
cd,for
purchases,click on the link at vista home page,the few variables in vista
cost
range from about 115.00 to 250.00

There is no trial version of Windows Vista. However, there is
is 60-day trial version of Microsoft Office 2007 many PC manufacturers
install.

ok, i did see that somewhere before, i dont think that it was with the

Absolute GARBAGE! MS has NEVER (AFAIK) EVER offered a "trial" version of a
desktop operating system.
It has offered evaluation versions of Server OSs though.... |

The last two laptops that were purchased by friends had a 60 day trial version of Office
2007 installed.
As Carey said, there is no trial version of Vista. Go back and have another look at
tigerdirect's offer.
