Hi All,

I'm running Windows XP Home SP3 and Norton 360. Every time I try to
download Windows Updates, I get the message: Error number: 0x80190194.
This happens even if I turn off Norton 360.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Hello,

From http://support.microsoft.com/kb/326596, it looks like it is getting 404
errors.

Try again in another time. If the problem persists, you may want to try
