Windows Mail - Pasting Animated GIF Emoticons, Please, Help

When I copy an animated GIF emoticon from my Internet Explorer browser,
Firefox Internet browser, or even my Opera browser and paste it into an email
from my Windows Mail, it only shows up as a plain box with a red 'X' in the
middle of that box instead of showing the animated GIF emoticon itself. When
I try to send that particular email, a message pops up saying that all images
could not be shown and then asking if I still wish to send it.

When I had my old Windows 98 computer, I could copy and paste animated GIF
emoticons into my Outlook Express emails and they would show up, but now, I
am unable to do that.

When I changed my computers from my Windows 98 to my Windows Vista Home
Premium Edition, a certain store transfered my emails onto the new computer
and my old emails still were able to show the animated GIF emoticons that I
had in them and I am able to copy and paste my old emoticons from my old
emails (from Windows 9 into new ones (in Windows Vista Home Premium
Edition) and they show completely when I send them.

However, I am unable to simply copy and paste animated emoticons from
websites into my Windows Mail in my Windows Vista Home Premium Edition.
Might someone know how I would be able to fix this problem so that I can
create pretty emails to send off? I would really appreciate it.

P.S. Someone had suggested that I update my Java, but I checked and tried to
update it, but it was already updated to the most recent edition. Someone
also suggested that I update my Active X controls, but I am unsure of how to
do that and not sure if that would solve my problem.

Thanks to Mr. Gary VanderMolen, I now know that all I had to do was go to my
Windows Mail, click on Tools (at the top), Options, Security tab, and uncheck
the 'Do not allow attachments..." and uncheck the "Block images..." buttons.
