| I have been using Windows Mail for over a year but suddenly today it has
asked me for my server login name and password, I have looked in Tools,
Accounts and Server to see my login name and I have put a new password in
there but when I try to use these to access my mail, it says they are
invalid. Where can I find out these login details?

Can you log into the account's webmail page (e.g.,
http://webmail.ntlworld.com/) using the same UN and PW?
