Ok, I'm just going to cut to the chase here, my windows mail will
not recieve messages! It just says 'connected' for a minute then says the
server timed out. And if it doesn't time out, it says:
"The connection to the server has failed. Account:
'bracken.ekns.net', Server: 'bracken.ekns.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E"
I've turned off all of my virus scanners, checked the POP3 and
SMTP adresses, and it still does nothing!! Anyone know what may be wrong?
Thanks in advance!

Are you running Norton, Trend Micro or MacAfee AV? If so, disabling it is
often not enough. Try completely uninstalling it. Replace with the free AVG
or Avast.
