I am trying to find a way of using a different font colour in the
Windows Explorer File Lists to distinguish between files I have saved
previously and the ones I save from now on.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

Thanks in advance

I very much doubt it.

Normal files are displayed in black.

Compressed NTFS files are displayed in blue.

Encrypted NTFS files are displayed in green.
