Hi,

Sorry if this has been dealt with elsewhere, but i couldnt find anything and
have been looking for days.

Basically, when i go to open documents i get a message saying

'Windows explorer has encountered a problem and need to shut down'

This then mkes the task bar and all desktop icons disappear. This happens at
least once a day and is very frustrating

ive virus scanned and removed anything that was found, done checkdisk,
defragged and it still happens.

Any help would be appreciated

Nick
