My Windows Defender keeps finding a PRegScheduler Application, which has a
Classification of Potentially unwanted.
I keep taking it out, but it keeps coming back. Can someone tell me what
this is, and how to rid myself of it? Is this a false negative of some
kind?
thanks.

A quick search of the Internet seems to indicate that this is a
Registration Reminder "software" used by a lot of hardware / software
