Windoes Live ID

All of a sudden, when I click on one of my folders, a window pops up wanting
me to sign in to Windows Live. The subfolder is "user name" under Documents
and Settings. I have never had this happen before until today. I must have
hit a button somewhere but I can't figure out where. I have tried to restore
back several days but it is still popping up. Can someone give me a clue as
to how I can disable, delete or some how get rid of this nuisance? Thanks.
