Today my printing coming out odd, when I print something from ThePrintshop22,
lines print like steps, in 1/2 inch increments, a lines width up and down and
the text is up and down also. When I printed from Word2003 it looked like it
is printing twice so it looked like a shadow.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer (HP932c) driver.
ThePrintShop printing is the same it was before. The Word printing now
prints every third and fifth line….unless there is a break like a
title.....the line of text is split is half and displaced a bit (the top part
displace a bit to the left) and alternating damaged lines are italicized, the
lines between are fine.
I hadn't installed anything new, but now I think of it I had Microsoft
updates that installed the last time I had the computer on.....
I can't even figure out how to begin to figure out what is going on
here....all I know is I have a lot of printing to do and I need it printed
properly....Help, Gwen. |

Remove the updates (see 'show updates' checkbox in Add/Remove app) and find
out if it fixes it.

No, not all. If you go to Start/All Programs, and click the "Windows Update"
link at the top, you will open the Windows Update online site. This will
allow you to list the "Review your Update History", and show you the ones
you got when the trouble started.

I had already tried a "system restore", setting it back one month....that
didn't help. Is removing the updates the samething?
