Post subject: Video ouput to TV with Firewire or ExpressCard Firewire Host Adapter?
Archived from groups: comp>sys>laptops, others (more info?)

I have a Dell Inspiron E1505. My Samsung DLP TV supports Firewire
input. Is it possible to output video from the Firewire port on the
E1505 to the Firewire port on my TV? How about from an ExpressCard
firewire host adapter to my TV's firewire port?

I haven't yet come across a PC that will output through firewire to a
TV..... that's not to say it can't be done, just that I haven't heard anyone
able to do it.
