User Profile Problem?

One of my users downloard antivirus xp 2008 which puts fake viruses all over
her computer. I removed everything, reloaded Windows XP, Office, etc. Now she
can only login to the domain from one PC if she wants to have her drives
restored and use email. She uses a background image that shows ok on the one
PC. When she logs in to any other PC, the image flashes momentarily then is
replaced by a blue background. When she logs off, the image reappears just
before the system shuts down. I have tried everything. Can anyone give me a
direction relative to why outlook for her will only run on the one machine?
