Windows updates get downloaded, but they won't install.

MS sent me a fix, but it didn't work.

Hi, What happens when you try to install them? Have you tried disabling your antivirus application? They download. but installation fails. I've tried disabling NAV, and the update log doesn't seem to be getting updated...most entries are from 2004 and earlier this year. Hi, Newest entries in the update log are at the bottom.
