When I turn off my laptop (Dell Inspiron 2600 - Windows
XP Prof) I have to wait while a program called
Abncncjh.exe shuts down in a pop up window. When i wait
till the finish of that operation I get a message "This
program is not responding" and I click 'End Now' and then
the shut down procedure continues and finishes.

Is there any way to fix this.

Ian,

I can't find any references to Abncncjh.exe on Google. Usually, it's an
indication of spyware...
