You can configure the XP Pro Remote Desktop host PC to always require
128-bit security with a group policy.

Note that if you use a PocketPC Terminal Services Client the PocketPC will
not be able to connect to a XP Pro desktop with 128-bit security. The
PocketPC Terminal Services Client only does 64-bit security...
