Hi all!
One of my users cannot connect to my Terminal Services Web connection from
home. He is using XP SP2 and is getting an Error on Page on the lower left
of IE. The error is:
Problem with the Web page might prevent it from being displayed properly or
functioning properly. In the future…

Under “More details”
Invalid procedure call or argument.

So, I had him remove the Microsoft RDP Client Control (redist) from the
Downloaded Program Files by right-clicking and selecting remove. Emptied the
IE cache, and Windows temp files as well.

He goes back to the page and he just gets error on page. He gets prompted
to reinstall. The connect button is black, but will not do anything.

I have others, including myself who can connect without a problem from
different locations all over the country.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Mike V

Thank you for your time Robert. Directx was to blame. Reinstalling it worked!

Thank you sir,
