Post subject: Taskbar does not stay as I lock it when restarting computer

My name is Paul

I put my taskbar to the left of my screen and made it bigger (a few inchces
from the side). I lock it.

When I restart my computer it shrinks a little more everytime and I have to
keep putting it back. I read the article that says to download the latest
service pack to resolve this issue...I have SP2 so...
