I was using my Toshiba Laptop and everything was fine, then suddenly I
started the computer and the taskbar is no longer showing the buttons
for open programs. If I close the language bar the whole taskbar
dissapears. The QuickLaunch cannot be resized unless the language bar
is present. Has anyone encountered this, and fixed it?
