HELP! F2 shortcut key to rename file/folder no longer work.. - In Windows I have always been able to click on a file or folder in Explorer and press F2 and it would go into Rename mode. Not only is this a great for renaming files, more you can press CTRL-C to copy the filename to..

The system file is not suitable to running Ms-Dos or Micro.. - This is presented by the 16 bit Windows Subsystem when I try to run apps I have ran before, Can someone recommend how to repair this fault?

Yesterday evening when I closed my PC, Microsoft updated my XP Professional
operation system.

This morning, my open applications are no longer showing in the task bar - I
can only get to them via Task Manager.

How do I get open applications icon back onto my task bar please ? Looking
at the threads, other people have suffered this problem before but I don't
understand the solutions - I don't want to start editing the registry.

Do MS update on a Sunday ? Thought it was the 2nd Tuesday of the month
