HELP....I was having problems with windows so I did a system restore. After
my PC rebooted system restore no longer works. When I open system restore
all that opens is a plain white window with system restore across the blue
bar as if it doesn't exist on the PC. Is there another way to try to open
this program ???

Do you have Norton installed on your PC by any chance?
