System Properties

Where as I used to be able to get into 'My Computer' properties by right
clicking and sel;ecting properties I now can't. I also can't right click and
chooes properties in control panel on the system icon.

I need to get the properties dialogue and need urgent help!

Right-click is slow or weird behavior caused by context menu handlers

Nobody can do that. The only options are Open and Create Shortcut.
