Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>customize (more info?)

when turning on the computer and the windows starts, two
windows appear, both "system 32" windows. Also, can see
some websites, others don't appear, such as Windows
Update,just a blank window appears. Cannot download Google
toolbar, does nothing when I click on "accept" (the
terms).Some links work, others do nothing??? Help,
Please !!
