2.4 AMD/1 gig Ram/160 HD/MSI MoBo/ATI Radeon/ - utilizing onboard audio

Manufact drivers install - Device manager shows no conflicts or yellow
flags - in control panel/sound - "No audio device located"

Onboard Audio enabled in Bios

No sound still

Hmm very stumped at this....

Any and all help appreciated

Check the motherboard manufacturer's website for updated drivers. If that
doesn't resolve this issue contact their tech support.
