One of the Services missing...

For some reason the Telephony service is not listed on the list of
services in Computer Management on my XPpro PC. From what I know I
need it running if I want to set up a VPN connection. I found the
Tapisrv.dll inside Windows folder I cannot find Tapisrv.exe however.
What do I need to do to get the Telephony service running again?

Hi Yaro ,
Try running an sfc scan on your system.

Click on start >> run >> type sfc /scannow

NOTE : It might ask for the windows xp cd at times
