Hi, The error message was cannot send TIFF file make sure your program
settings are correct (paraphrasing). So I went to the help file and it says
that I should have a 'Services' menu under 'Tools'. But all I have under
Tools in my Fax console is 'Sender Information' and Fax Status and such, no
'Services' choice.
I'm trying to forward a fax that I sent previously to a new mail recipient
in Windows XP. Can someone help?
Thanks,Catt

Services is not a menu item in the Tools menu of the Fax console, so that's
why you don't find it there. What exactly are you trying to do? On one
hand, it sounds like you're trying to re-send a fax you sent (which you
can't do except by launching the application that generated the original fax
and printing the document to the Fax printer again), while on the other
hand, it sounds like you may be trying to email a fax image file to someone.
Will you clarify, please?

Hal

Hi, I normally go to my Fax Console, right click on a "sent fax" and forward
it to a 'mail recipient'. When I tried to do that I got the error message I
referred to in my first post. However, I tried it again after reading your
post and now it works like it used to with no errors and it's willing to send
the fax to a recipient of my choice. I don't understand why it changed but
it seems to be working.
So thanks for your answer. If I have a problem again I'll post then
Regards, Catt
