Hi everyone,
I am in the process of setting up folder structures for our small
company. In my testing I created a folder, gave PERMISSIONs to the
appropriate users and groups but the I went to the SECURITY tab and
added administrator. I did not see that it did not check the full
control checkbox by default. Now I want to delete that test folder but
I can't no matter how I am logged in (as me w/ admin rights or even as
Admin).
Am I just SOL and that folder will need to remain there as evidence of
my inexperience? The reaon I want to delete or get full access is that
I want to be able to use that folder name (Accounting Dept) in my final
structure.

You need logon as Adminstrator. forcibly take ownership of the folder and
its contents, log off and back on as Administrator (or reboot) then change
the permissions.

Got it, thanks! Just received my Windows XP Inside Out Networking and
