Along with the excellent Agent Ransack, there is its paid version, File
Locator Pro.

I've ended up using Windows explorer search combined with a wonderful util
called
Sysexporter.http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/sysexp.html allows you to export
allsorts of stuff. Ransak looks good too.
