Yes. It almost certainly means that your system had, or still has, a
malware infection. You'll probably find the reference to the loader in
MSCONFIG (start, run, msconfig) on the Startup tab.
Semi-random, generated filenames like that are a giveaway that something is
on the system that shouldn't be there.
You should do a careful scan of the system. If you have a good enough
connection, you can use the online virus/malware scanner at TrendMicro.
