RunDll file keeps poping up after delete, hlp plz

im haveing a prob with a rundll file, i have fixed a couple by deleting them from registry, but now a specific rundll wont delete, i delete it from registry, i open a nother folder then go back to the folder that i just deleted the file from, and it is still there. I went to msconfig to disable it, i can disable it, but it comes back on start up, and have the runndll error all over again, im tired and frustrated and about to throw this stupid thing right out the window after smashing it with a baseball bat hlp plz, any ideas would be most welcome

am i in the right forum, or is this place just ...empty
