RUNDLL error message

Apologies, I was trying uncucessfully to uninstall Realplayer 10 and the
error message in full was:

"an exception occured while trying to run
C:\WINDOWS\system\shell32.dll,control_runDLLappwiz.cpl"

Can you still help?
