I am using the Western Digital Back up program. At my startup in my msconfig,
it shows that it's supposed to load at the task bar. However it does not
consistenly do this. About every 4th or 5th boot, the icon appears. If I
shutdown and restrart, then it no longer appears. I have
uninstalled/installed the program with no resolution.

Does anyone have any ideas for a fix. It just doesn't make sense.

Thanks

Try rt clicking the Taskbar>select Properties>Customize>Under Current
Items click on your program and in the Behavior column rt click the down
arrow and select Always Show.
