Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windows>vista>mail (more info?)

I use Verizon DSL.
AOL is my ISP
1. I have been using Windows XP and Outlook Express for quite some time
without any trouble.
2. I recently purchased a new computer with Vista Home Premium. It uses
Microsoft Mail.
3. I can not post news group messages using the new computer. It does not
receive
messages posted on the old computer, If I return to the old computer,
all is well again.

QUESTIONS:
1. What settings on the old computer should I transfer to the new
computer.
2. Does this have anything to do with "POP, LDAP, etc."

Your first two statements are contradictory. Are you saying you have
two Internet service providers (ISP) or is one of them only a mail
provider?
