Problem activating OneCare

I am using trail version on One care till yesterday. Today I bought a
CD and tied to install. When trying to activate it asks you to click
on 'ContinueOnline' which leads to a Onecare page showing all the
facilities. Form there it goes to no where. I cant activate my product
and it says '60 days left'. Any help is appreaciated.

You should uninstall the trial first and use this tool before installing
your purchased product -
