Hello
After recieving a remote assistanc invitation from a friend and
attempting to connect, I recieve the folowing msg.
"Remote Assistance connection could not be established because the
remote host name could not be resolved. Please try again."
Could this be a firewall issue or what might the problem be?
Remote assistance - When I start "Remote Assistance" I get a message headed "MS Internet Explorer". It reads "A program could not start. Please try again". I OK this message and go ahead with the application with my friend with whom I am in ...
Remote Assistance as a help desk - Is there a way to use the remote assistance as part of a logged help desk for users in a small org. I am looking to be able to build a report on all the assistance required. if not, can some one recommend a free or cheap program that will do this well
Remote Assistance not sending email - I'm using XP Pro and have remote assistance enabled but when I send an invitation to someones email they never receive it. The computer says it sent it. Does anyone know what I might check to see why the emails aren't being delivered. Thanks, Pete
Using another key to escape from Remote Assistance? - I need to use RA with an application (Korn Shell) that uses the ESC key (and this CANNOT be configured). How do I tell RA that I do not want it to use ESC to escape from the session (or to use another key)?
