When I click on links that appear in Outlook messages, I get the following
error message: "This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in
effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator." I'm
assuming this is Vista security issue, but I haven't been able to figure out
how to resolve it. Any suggestions?
