Post subject: Picture emailing problem

I have a new laptop but can't figure out what I need to do to get pics to
email. Pics are downloaded to My Pics and email configuration set for
Outlook. When I press to send pic as email, it gives option of downsizing
which I select but then pic is automatically sent somewhere, I know not where
for I see briefly the "preparing to send" box and then it's gone with no
prompting for an email address as to where to send the pic. IE7 is in

Send To Mail Recipient option does nothing
