In my user account, when I change my picture, it says the change will be made to the welcome screen. If I go to change my account name, it says the change will be made to the welcome screen AND the start menu. How can I get a picture on my start menu?

If you are logging on with ctl-alt-del or with the regular
windows logon (not the "Welcome" screen), the picture icon
will not appear in the Start Menu. It's apparently
another "feature" of XP. Razz

You don't. When you change the account name, the *name* is changed
on the Start Menu. It doesn't add a picture.
