I have been tasked with figuring out a way to apply security patches to new
images/builds for both workstations and servers. These new images/builds do
not have the CM07 client and will not have internet access to the Windows
Update site. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to
accomplish this and/or how other clients are currently handling this
situation.

I would look into seting up a WSUS server on the network for such a task.
The new computers could then use the WSUS server for updates.
