For example, when I leave this NG, and "Catch-Up" the posts, a slight
portion of the post column in OE remains down at the bottom of the
window...close to the Folder column. I've notice this "graphic ghost" when
in Solitaire - the cards have appeared 'stacked, ' or fanned out slightly,
at times. I do not see well enough to know for sure, but had someone look at
my monitor for me. They agreed.

What is going on? I have screen shot of this.

Thank you.

I have noticed this too, when I Ctrl-X delete a piece of a picture
I'm editing in Irfanview. I assume it's an artifact of the monitor,
or of the video card. I wouldn't worry much about it.

Do you have an LCD monitor, with ClearType turned on? (I do.) In that
case it might even be an effect of the ClearType processing by
Windows, misapplied to pictures.

A: Maybe because some people are too annoyed by top posting.
Q: Why do I not get an answer to my question(s)?
A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
Q: Why is top posting such a bad thing?

Thank you, Stan! You are all so helpful. I have to use adaptive programs,
Dragon, Kurzweil, etc, so thought it may be their bloomin' size, but my
power's fine, and so is my space avail - over 60% - and a friend who's a
graphic designer just report she often 'see' that too - I thought my Screen
Reader had found some booze in west Texas! ;0)
