Outbox/Inbox

Had a message stuck in my outbox. Followed the directions for removing
it by installing the utility and "delete outbox" option. The troublesome
email is still in the outbox, but my whole inbox disappeared. Help- I
need those messages back and other idead for unsticking my outbox.

Which utility? If not this hotfix, download and install it with Windows
Mail not running:

Although it's labelled as for mail stuck in the Outbox, it also takes
care or mail stuck in other folders. If you don't know whether to
use the 32-bit version or the 64-bit version, try the 32-bit version
first. Certain common antivirus programs, such as most of those
from Norton or McAfee, tend to cause problems in Windows
Mail such as stuck messages, although seldom immediately, so if
you have such a program, remember where to find the fix and
hope it will work again. A recent version of the Trend antivirus
program also causes assorted problems in Windows Mail.

If you can still see the Inbox but not its contents, click on the
Inbox, then View, then Current View, then Show All Messages.

If you need more help, could you show us the entire error
messages you get if any when you try to send and receive
email? Also, what if any antivirus programs do you have?
