Post subject: Offline sync loses connection and user.....
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>general (more info?)

cannot sync or see files. I have a user which seems to lose their sync
connection throughout the day and when this happens then cant seem to
navigate to folders and files on the network. They have to click on the sync
icon in the task tray multiple times before the connection is reestablished
and then they are able to see the network shares. Any clue as to why they
cant see their network folders and why the sync loses its connection?
