This keyboard has a star on the Ctrl key that shows concentric circles on the
screen where the cursor is placed when the key is depressed. I wish to
disable this but cannot find where to re-assign the key. I use the key for
talk on web seminars and cannot at this time talk and have to type in all
responses. A pain for sure, can anyone shed light on the function and a way
to change the assignment?

Control Panel, Mouse, Pointer Options tab, then check under the visibility
section for "Show location of pointer when I press the CTRL key"

Thank you Jason, this did the job, however when using the program iVocalize4
the Ctrl key still freezes the computer. Any words on what this may be?
