Major bug with DXVA and Windows Media Player.

Hey Microsoft, whats up with the fact that DXVA acceleration does not
work in a limited account? You don't actually think that the majority
of the population runs XP with administrator rights do you?! Ok, maybe
they do but that does not make it right. Anyway this is a nuisance for
me, I spent an hour trying to figure out why the DXVA acceleration was
not working because of this bug. So yea, any suggestions d00ders?

Since I haven't seen any other responses...

What's the repro, what happens?

(Note that I have nothing at all to do with DXVA... just tryin' to be
helpful here.)
