I have been having issues launching any games on Steam. Their technical
support have asked me to run MSINFO32.exe and send a copy of the report.

Every time I run it this message appears:

Can't Collect Information
Cannot access the Windows Management Instrumentation software. Windows
Management files may be moved or missing.

Both 'Windows Management Instrumentation' and 'WMI' services are set to
automatic and have started.

Any ideas
