Is there a way so that I can turn on my computer, Automatically logging in
my account and then locking itself?

The idea is that I can use Remote Desktop even if Waken up from LAN

Thanks

I presume by "locked" you want a screensaver to kick in and require a
password to get back in?

See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/811329/en-us Note that the
ScreenSaveTimeOut value is in seconds. Set it for 1 second. Now, in Display
Options, Screensaver tab, check the box that requires password on resuming.
Now when the machine boots, the screensaver immediately kicks in and
requires a password to access the system. Set your power options to turn off
the monitor after one minute.
