My notebook is locking up in windows, mouse pointer freezes, Ctrl, Alt,Del
will not work. This is a Toshiba M35XS149 that I have had over 3 and a half
years. Virus scan, Ad-aware, McAfee all show it's clean. Boot up sometimes
shows a blank screen and will not boot. Restore did not help. chkdsk did not
help. What is quite strange is if I get to WinXP SP2 and get iTunes radio
going then my system will work just fine which is how I am able to write to
you now. As soon as I turn off iTunes my mouse freezes and the whole system
locks up ? This computer has been flawless till now, what is going on here ?

Try creating a new user, run as new for awhile,if all seems ok,then the old
account may be corrupt, delete it..Or/and try running Sfc /Scannow In cmd,
the file system may be getting corrupted or files may be lost...
