Post subject: Laptop Speakers
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>help_and_support (more info?)

I have just recently bought a HP Pavilion 9000 laptop. Just yesterday i was
moving cords around and unpluged my external speakers from the front input.
When i pluged them back in, music or whatever i play somes thru the internal
laptop speakers. Usually when i plugged the external speakers in they would
override the internal speakers. I tried plugging in headphones and it does
the same thing. All the obvious things i have already checked ( volume,
devices, ect... all in working condition). what should i do?
