Vista has in Window mail the junkmail filter and junkmail folder which is
very effective

The question is can I have this in XP pro. with Outlook Express 6

Create a folder called Junk Mail and make message rules that redirect
whatever you consider to be junk mail to the Junk Mail folder.

There is no junk mail filter in Outlook Express. The only alternative is to
create rules for each piece of junk mail, although this is rather tedious.

Take a look at POPfile and K9 - Bayesian filters for email.
